Geometry attribution and changes
This notice applies to the shared bones/ atlas described below. The separate knee-detail/ variant is identified in the final section. Full-body geometry attribution and derivative record Z-Anatomy — The libre 3D atlas of anatomy — CC BY-SA 4.0. Authors include Gauthier Kervyn and the Z-Anatomy contributors. Original model: BodyParts3D, The Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS), Kousaku Okubo. Upstream attribution: https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy/blob/master/License.txt https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ The upstream notice also credits BodyParts3D under CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan. 2026-09-06 derivative: Blender-native constrained cortical surface refinement, selective subdivision, preserved articular surfaces, editable joint references, rigid carrier bindings, 23 adjacent-vertebra intervertebral-disc bindings, and removal of duplicate displayed discs. Coccyx and the source sacrococcygeal candidate surface are explicitly locked to Sacrum pending an independent coccygeal degree of freedom. The previously authored thorax is retained; see ../thorax-v1/NOTICE.txt. The authoritative editable source is Anatomy3D_FullBody_JointReady_v1.blend. The manifest records the exact native JSON export and binary SHA-256 hashes. Binary packing does not generate anatomy. This derivative retains the source shape as its anatomical basis; motion tests do not establish patient-specific anatomy, physiological material properties, or universal collision freedom. This derived geometry is distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Anatomy Standard and Anatomy of Motion are visual references only; their meshes, textures and application code are not included. No human-atlas geometry is used. 2026-09-19 teaching-lab extraction: named rest-world JSON per bone; source material regions and native normals retained. Independent procedural menisci and bands are teaching illustrations, not segmented tissues. No kneeMo geometry, texture or code copied. 2026-09-20 knee-detail variant: Owner-provided Anatomy3D_Skeleton_Master.blend, evaluated native femur, tibia, fibula and patella meshes on both sides. The original file is not altered. The atlas license above is not an assertion of a license for this separate owner-provided source. See knee-detail/provenance.json for its source hash. Native geometry and UVs are retained. Referenced source TGA images were absent; material colour, surface shading, occlusion and separate 0.6 mm cartilage display shells were authored for this lesson. Menisci and ligament bands are teaching illustrations, not segmented tissue. Documented rigid accessory registration changes placement only. No kneeMo models, textures or code were copied.Return to Joint Study
